One of the best parts of owning tons of houseplants is getting to display them in whichever way that you see fit. But the larger the houseplant collection, the harder it is to display them! However, no matter the size of your collection, these houseplant display ideas will inspire you to show your collection off in the best way possible.
Wire Shelving
If you’ve got a massive collection, a wire shelving unit is going to give you the most display space (or bang) for your buck. What’s great about these units is that you can easily slide the shelves up and down, so you can put your biggest plants wherever you think looks best.
Hang Them Up

Floor Planters
If you have several large plants, why not put them in a floor planter? Floor planters are incredibly popular in home decor these days. They really modernize any space! I’ve gotten several floor planters like the ones below at World Market. I recommend planting Snake Plants, Rubber Trees, Monsteras, and Fiddle Leaf Figs in floor planters. You could even try for an indoor citrus tree!
Rope Window Display
With some old boards and some old sailing rope, you can create an absolutely epic plant window display. What’s better is that you can customize these displays to easily fill your windows. I just love when the sun shines on my houseplants like this in the mornings.
A Little Bit Of Everything
Ultimately, when coming up with houseplant display idea, sometimes the best usage of your space is to use a combination of all the display methods. I have hanging plants, plants on stands, plants on shelves, and plants on the floor in almost every room of my house. At the end of the day, go with what you love and don’t be afraid to try something different.
